Sakar Kawle came to the US in 1997 as a graduate student in Industrial/Systems Engineering at Clemson University. He was employed in the IT Industry as a Systems Architect at a large Finance company and is a full-time investor since mid-2014. Throughout his career, he has done many entrepreneuristic ventures and brings a lot of experience and insights to complex projects.
He has invested passively and is a General Partner in various syndication deals, and has raised significant private equity capital via his company Premium Cashflow Capital. He is the host of Premium Cash Flow podcast where many reputed experts in the business and industry are interviewed regularly. He has been investing in cash-flowing rental properties since 2001. Currently, he and his wife solely own around 200 rental properties in Baltimore Metro.
