In 2011, Mr. Reahard graduated from the University of Richmond Robins School of Business with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. While in grad, Ralph began investing in small multifamily developments in the Richmond area. He “self-managed” his own portfolio before opening a Real Property Management franchise in the summer of 2014.
