Today, she is a partner at M2K Partners who own 2 mobile home communities: 42 space park in Pensacola area in Florida, 80 space park in Jackson, Michigan, and Limited Partner in 63 Space Park in Tucson, AZ.
She is the Founder of Equity Tree, a software platform dedicated to helping commercial real estate investors manage their deals and investor relations for an affordable price and with educational support throughout the entire investment process. Ekaterina is also the organizer and leader of a mobile home park investor community group “MHP Tribe” where she hosts weekly workshops and monthly virtual meetups.
