First steps to networking can be challenging for people, but you must push yourself to get uncomfortable. It comes with repetition and eventually will start to hone your skills to become networker. 

Every unit out of 210 directly, and syndication has come from networking. Just telling people what I do and going to local meetups. 

Get out of your comfort zone, do research, and talk to some wholesalers. That is how I got my first property.

Adam owns and manages several multi-family and single-family homes within Indiana and Ohio. Adam has owned and managed a multi-million dollar company based on building strong relationships for nearly two decades. Before selling it at its peak in 2016 to focus on real estate. 

Adam strives to teach as many people as he can. Not only to be the best they can be but to utilize real estate to achieve financial freedom for themselves. 

Adam also co-hosts a monthly local real estate meetup of 60-70 people. Adam has started his own YouTube channel to help others learn not only about real estate but investing in other avenues as well.
