At Akras, Kristina Knight focuses on Asset Management of their portfolio, strategy, and deal underwriting. She brings over 10 years of experience in the capital markets, having previously worked as a senior investment analyst and portfolio manager. In this role, she ran a $1BN Agency Mortgage Portfolio strategy and managed over 30 separate accounts to ensure the client’s needs and objectives were met.
An avid traveler and certified yoga teacher, Kristina is always looking for new places to explore and push her limits. Additionally, she is passionate about empowering women and in 2019 Founded the Women’s Real Estate Networking Group (WREN) in Boulder, CO to contribute to the community. She also coaches women who are looking to get started investing or scale in Multifamily real estate.
