Dmitriy Chebotarev is the Founder and Manager of the General Partner, Oxford Fund Managers, LLC. Mr. Chebotarev is also the Founder, CEO and Chairman of Vosht Capital, an Orange County-based real estate, venture capital, and private equity investment company.
