He has successfully taken distressed, small multifamily apartments and repositioned them into well-performing assets. In addition to real estate, Mr. Martin has led a career in Entertainment and commercial advertising, filing the needs of clients that include NBC, CBS, ESPN, Lions Gate Films, and Columbia Pictures, to name a few. He leverages this experience as a real estate investor.
